Pan seared beef tenderloin topped with a mushroom, Dijon, and brandy espagnole sauce
Pumpkin Risotto
Creamy risotto enhanced with roasted pumpkin, topped with sun dried cranberries and pepitas

All entrees served with Chef's potato and vegetable, excluding Pumpkin Risotto.
