Meeting Room Details

Our elegant, convenient and comfortable hotel features six separate meeting room venues, totaling over 6,000 square feet of function space. These rooms can be used for a variety of events accommodating groups of 2 to 250 guests.

We offer the flexibility of a wide variety of room configurations from classroom sets to social or living room style, making our function spaces versatile and the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa the perfect venue for business social gatherings.

Meeting Room Venues:

Atlantic Room
The largest of our meeting rooms measuring 1,900 square feet, the Atlantic Room combines traditional elegance with contemporary technology, featuring stylish details such as a cathedral ceiling, art deco lighting and a state-of-the art sound system. The Atlantic Room can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Regency Room
At just under 1,200 square feet, the Regency Room offers a warm and intimate ambiance for gatherings and meetings of 25 to 100 guests.

Portland Room
Featuring a domed ceiling, mahogany walls, and the latest in audio/visual equipment, the 1,000 square foot Portland Room is the ultimate room for elegant meetings, dinners or cocktail events.

Longfellow Room
At 240 square feet and featuring 10’ ceilings and natural light, the Longfellow Room is the perfect intimate setting for small gatherings.

Boardroom
Perfectly situated for your next board meeting, the Boardroom features executive chairs, a large Cherry conference table and ample presentation space. The 375 square foot Boardroom can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Armory Room
Timeless elegance and impeccable style characterize the 1,100 square foot Armory Room. Featuring a settee area, The Armory Room will accommodate up to 100 guests and is the perfect setting for cocktail hours, dinner meetings or conferences.
