Junior Suite
These elegantly appointed one-room suites feature an average of 450 square feet of living space, and a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. The Junior Suite offers large windows with city views and an abundance of natural light. The bathrooms feature marble countertops, all-tile interior, and a whirlpool tub/shower combination.

Executive Suite
These very spacious and elegantly appointed one-bedroom suites feature an average of 600 square feet with queen sleeper sofa. Our Executive Suite bathrooms feature marble countertops, a two-person Jacuzzi tub, and a shower with multiple jets.

The Regency Suite
Our two decadent Regency Suites are 500 square feet of luxury and elegance. Located in our historic building’s turrets, these spacious, charming suites have large windows and offer spectacular views of Portland’s Old Port. Equipped with working gas fireplaces and a dining area, these suites are amongst Portland’s most luxurious hotel rooms. Bathrooms in our Regency Suites feature a two-person Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower with massaging jets.

Studio Suite
These elegantly appointed one-room suites feature an average of 500 square feet of living space with a large screen LED TV and a sitting area with a sofa bed. The Studio Suite offers large windows and a 25' wide balcony with city views and an abundance of natural light. The bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature granite countertops, all-tile interior, and an oversized glassed-in shower with a rain showerhead. In room ice-machine, microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine.

The Governor's Suite (available June 2012)
Our largest suite features a separate living and bedroom area. This lavishly appointed suite features one and half bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a large screen LED TV. Enjoy the city and harbor views from your private balcony. The master bathroom features a granite countertop, all-tile interior, a whirlpool tub, an oversized glassed-in shower and two closets.
